1st time doing this was a little nervous but when i made that call to set up my appointment the receptionist on the line made me feel real comfortable and i liked that you guys call and give you the result,email and mail it to you and the receptionist that called to give me the results also made me feel comfortable with this experience i appriciate you all be safe and keep showing your customers your love. My alleged father and I live in separate states, they mailed us both kits and we sent them back. Unfortunately a bad snow storm hit, and mine got lost in the mail. I called them after a week and they rushed me a new test. Luckily FedEx found my package so we didn’t have to wait. We received a call with the results 3 days after mine arrived. They were very kind and supportive throughout.

This company was very professional. The DNA test I requested was not a standard test. I received a phone call to clarify what I needed. The person I spoke with was very polite and knowledgeable. She explained the different tests and wanted to make sure the right test was done. I received the results in a week. I would definitely recommend this company!
