The people that I spoke with were all very respectful. They sent updates in my email , they also called me when the results came in.

So glad I went through this facility, they where so kind and helpful during the order process, I got my kit shipped same day ordered, instructions were very easy and mail back was setup. My turn around time for results was even better I had my result on the morning of 3rd day of them getting my kit! This was a test for my on knowledge and I got the results that I wanted and thought!

Had no problems with getting my test scheduled, getting my results, or anything, but the testing center we went to had employees that didn't seem pleased to do the test and seemed to have little knowledge on it.

Worth it got my kit in 3 days did the test got our results back in less than a week would have been sooner I imagine but holiday got in way! Very impressed and got a call and email with results!! Thanks now we know I have a long lost half sister I never knew about!
