Compassionate and fast results.

I recently had a newborn and was basically just trying to confirm that I was indeed the father. I ordered the at-home test on a Wednesday and it was delivered to my house at 12:00pm the following day - Thursday (I paid the $20 extra dollars for faster shipping). I collected the samples that same day and returned them that same day. The package was delivered back to the lab at 9:00am the next morning (Friday). I then called the lab on Monday just to confirm that the test was received in good condition and that all of the necessary components were included. The individual I spoke with said ... and I quote ... "Sir it has only been 1 business day since you sent the sample in, I am not in the lab, we will contact you if there is an issue. Anything else I can help you with?" So I thought that was a bit rude but I understand, I am just an overly thorough person and most people aren't. So I received a call on Tuesday evening (5:00pm) which I missed unfortunately. I called the lab back and spoke with someone who said ... and I quote "So you received the results via e-mail, do you have any questions?" I said that it appears as though there is a 99.9993% chance that I am father, am I reading that right? .... and the individual said "Yep, that's what it says. Is there anything else I can help you with?". I just think that with such a sensitive subject, you may want to consider training your staff to be a little more friendly and helpful. But all in all I got what I paid for, the service worked as expected. And most importantly for me, I got the results I wanted.

Before I paid my $550.00 I was told these documents were legal, well in court process now for custody and have been told they are not, that they will have to do DNA through juvenile court, so I feel I was mislead, and waisted alot of money and time for nothing.

The test arrived quickly and was very easy to perform. the turn-around time was very fast, but also very efficient. I received a call from a kind associate who was calling to tell me the results before I read them in an email, which makes this company stand out above others I have used. The results matched the results I had from another company, so I knew the test was accurate. Dependable, trustworthy, and also sensitive to your reasons for testing, which is a lost touch in most businesses now. Thank you, Test Me, for going that extra mile during a difficult time for me.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Test Me DNA a few weeks ago. I wish it was a lilttle bit cheaper than $180, nevertheless the service was great.

While I did receive a phone call and email regarding the test results, I have yet to receive the notarized legal documents. Test Me DNA stated that I would receive them in 7-10 business, 12 business days have passed and I've yet to receive them.
