I contacted them by phone after seeing them online as I wanted to know that someone was going to answer the phone if I needed a live person to answer a question: a live person answered the phone the two times I called with questions; I then placed my order online and everthing happen just like they said it would. My results was back within the time frame they stated. I highly recommend them.
