I was scared to call but I had to know if my 2 sons were full siblings or not. The woman on the phone was not judgmental and extremely kind, answering all my questions and going through every step. Home kit was easy and simple as 123. However, I didn't like the fact that after your done swapping you are to place the qtips provided, in an envelope. I thought it would be moreso of a plastic zip lock type of thing. Reason be, bc after the swabs were done on a child (more saliva than an adult) it seeped through the envelope, causing the envelope to rip a bit bc the qtip was wet. Now I know Dna testing is not about saliva but this was a small sleeping child. I'm not a Dr. nor am I a Scientists to know if that plays a roll in results but it made me a bit uncomfortable. Regardless, I received an email with the results which "shows" similarities in Dna, I guess, as I said, I am not of any medical profession to know what any of the numbers meant. All I know is I didn't get the answer I was hoping for. Overall, customer service is great and are ready to answer any and all of your questions, response time was acceptable 3 business days, and your also provided with a tracking number to track your package once you seal and drop of at FedEx in your provided paid for overnight bag. Will recommend again.

best experience ever... quick & accurate

I had never needed to get DNA testing before and these folks were great . I was even called back after they received a missed call from me. Results were very quick . Monday was the testing and we were called that Friday with results and they mailed the results to our home as well.
