I've been struggling for months with setting up autopay and still haven't been able to charge it to my credit card as promised. I know Dividend Finance recently switched vendors to accept more kinds of payment, and the new company (not Dividend Finance) accepted credit card payments for the first month (I set up autopay) the next thing I know the next two months I'm late with payments because I was promised the very next month it'd correctly go to autopay for my credit card. I've always been able to talk to Dividend Finance reps every time and have always had a good experience, its just frustrating to be promised the payment system will work, and it not.

Their original payment window was much easier to make additional principle payments. I'am set up for direct withdrawal from my account and it puzzles me why now I have to provide my routing and account number to make extra payments. The payment history is not in a sequential order and does not show the history from day one.
