Lovely oils and great customer service

I ordered some products on November 13th and they haven't been dispatched yet. This is very poor service. I ordered some items from them before, loved the products but didn't have this problem.

Terribly experience for my latest order. Received invitation email from them for special Black Friday offer, I placed the order on the 19th November. Supposed to be 2 days delivery but finally only got two missing items on the 30th November. Also after two days I placed my order, they have another offer which were more than the previous email that I received. I ordered more than GBP100 but I think their marketing method have serious integrity issue. Customer service is not helpful and I didn’t feel that they are trying to solve my issues at all and I felt like they just didn’t care about their reputation at all! Still waiting for my missing items!
