Fast shipping and lovely product. I have been using the face oil for a few weeks and have nothing but good things to say about it. Smells amazing, quite subtle, and my skin feels and looks better. A couple of people have commented on my skin since using. The oil absorbs well and doesn't leave your face feeling greasy. Will be purchasing more from this company.

Customer Service is second to none. Unfortunately, I had a problem with my products but the Customer Service were amazing and quickly resolved the issue. Can't fault that. Was really impressed. On the downside, my eye butter arrived in liquid form that smelt like melted butter.... hence I had a bit of a blip but a positive outcome with a refund, no quibbles.

Fabulous customer service. Quick to respond to emails and suggest solutions other than to return the item, but more than happy to fully refund at the same time. Refund was actioned same day. I wish all companies dealt with customers in this same manner.
