I placed an order for 3 items on 8.9.23, 2 of which were for my sister's birthday. I explained in an email to the customer service team that my sister was visiting me on 14th September. Although the delivery couldn't have been guaranteed, the customer service department assured me that they would do everything possible to get my order to me as soon as possible - guess what - it arrived today and I'm THRILLED - Thank you so much

They seem to have sorted out problems with delivery now which stopped me ordering before. I have used several of their products and loved them all. My orders came quickly and efficiently. Lovely products. Feel very luxurious on the skin. Am now addicted.

Having tried three products and loved two of them, I contacted the company regarding the third. They immediately offered a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement went astray in the post, but they have sent out another, which I am awaiting. That is exceptional customer service. I also love the two oils I have tried, and will be back for more. Update: I have now today received my replacement eyecream, it arrived very quickly and I look forward to trying it. Thank you!

My first buy was the Ayurveda Booster pack. Not disappointed at all. Soothing oil with a calming scent that I have no hesitation in wearing when going out or at night time since it absorbs into the skin. Most importantly it takes me back memory lane to my childhood. My Grand Parents were Ayurveda professionals & we frequently used body, face & hair Ayurveda oils.

My delivery went missing due to the delivery company EVRI, but the support team at Ayurveda Experience were amazing. They responded very quickly when I told them what had happened, and are resending the product even though the fault is not theirs. Would definitely use again.

I'm on my second yuavari youth spring oil now. My skin loves it, I didn't realise how much of a boost it would give but the tone and smoothness of my skin is greatly improved.
