One bottle in my first order arrived without a piece of the pump system, so didn't function properly. I contacted them, provided the requested photo and the product was replaced quickly. All the products I've used are delightful. Although there have been no miraculous improvements in my skin, the oils/creams are silky in their application and are quickly absorbed. I have seen a softening of wrinkles, so I know these products are doing something positive. Far more than any other products I've tried. The hair/scalp oil makes my wildish hair so smooth and silky! I wish I could afford to use it the 3x a week they recommend. These products, in my opinion, could be made more affordable if they didn't come in such elaborate packaging. I don't need such a showy presentation and these beautifully designed, thickly padded vessels have got to be expensive. Too, they have no use beyond making an impression. They go straight to the landfill and are not at all ecologically sound. I'd rather get a few dollars off the product than be "wowed" by the wrappings.

Parcle shows as delivered but I hair…

Parcle shows as delivered but I hair received this delayed parcle, had ordered a few weeks ago , got email saying there would be a delay, no email from courier orAyuravda experience to say parcle was being delivered , always got a message in previous orders. I have received a email from Ayurvads Experience to say my oil is being replaced, and a discount code for future orders, thank you- I really appreciate your good customer service .

Great products, when you actually receive them!

It's such a shame as the products this company sells are amazing, but the customer service and shipping is dire. I ordered in January and it took me chasing and nearly 5 weeks for the product to arrive, and I ordered again at the end of February and still have no product and no response to my chasing so have now asked for a refund. It's a shame as if they could sort their distribution and shipping problems, I'm sure they'd be very popular! Until then, I'd advise against ordering.

Yuvari Youth Spring is the best face oil I have ever used . I have tried so many face products over the years and nothing suited my skin. This is something else should be called Magic in a bottle.

Refund given immediately.

I received the body oil and free sample within a few days of ordering. The presentation boxes they arrive in are beautiful. However I decided to take advantage of the money back guarantee because unfortunately the body oil I had ordered had such a overwhelming smell and it wasn’t a scent I cared for. Within a minute of messaging customer service I received a full refund. Fantastic customer Service. Very professional company. Would definitely recommend.

Do Not Waste Your Money…

So having written a review of such a bad experience with this company they have responded telling everyone they have responded to me, let me advise everyone reading this they HAVE NOT responded their 30 day money back guarantee does not exist, they offer free gifts to make you buy more but they don't send them the product is awful and a total waste of money. Now having raised my concerns and thoughts on Facebook, where I first saw their advert they have now blocked me for telling the truth and all you see is the good reviews which I would believe to be fake now also, a total scam! Since writing this, I have now received a refund, however, I still stand by the above so proceed with caution as I believe I would never have received a reply to my emails and why can't you speak the truth on Facebook if the product and service does not come up to expectations, I was just being honest!

Delivery was a bit slow but hey, it was coming from India. However the customer service was first class with all emails replied to within hours.

Double order

Due to a system glitch, my order was delivered twice to me, though I only paid once. When I contacted them about it, asking what I should do, they replied that it was a fault on their side and that I should please keep the double order as a gift. What a lovely thing to do! Their products are lovely, so I am beyond happy!
