Products are amazing ,everyone I have tried I just love ,even the hair Oil ,quick delivery ,best product I have ever found love the mini oil set ,ideal for holidays

7- 10 days for a refund!!! Thank you for your email informing me of a refund for the product i ordered from you in good faith. You accepted my order and money knowing you had no stock of this order. Therefore, the time scale of 7-10 days to issue me with a refund is too long. A customer refund is based on the speed of the merchant.. (You!) takes to release my refund to my bank. My banks ability to credit my account is very quick. To be honest it is the fault of Ayurveda Experience that I have had to have a refund, the least you can do is to issue my refund promptly and not ask me to have to get get in touch with you if after 10 days if my refund is not showing in my account!!!! I am an employer of the company I bank with so I am aware of how quickly a refund can be issued by an efficient merchant. I look forward to a speedy resolution. Has anyone else had to wait for a refund from this merchant..??

The product is something else!. The statements the creators claim are 100% true. After trying it out I now save what little spare money I have, each paycheck so I can treat myself when I run out. I use the Night Glow Elixir which (I can't live without) and the eye butter that lasts and lasts lasts. If you haven't tried it you won't be disappointed... x

I sent 2 emails enquiring on the delivery for my order, with no response…I have since received my order and emailed them sending photographs…because when I used the cream it used nearly a third of the tube before any product came out, the tube was full of air making this a very expensive moisturiser.. have checked my emails constantly and have received no response from anyone. This is the first time using Ayurveda but will think twice before ordering anymore products….on other reviews you state the team has already responded by email….the same is quoted in this complaint…..please send me a copy of your reply…as there has been no response from Ayurveda team

Order item on 9th March, received confirmation. 14 March - Order has still not been sent. Wanted to change the address to go straight to the recipient as time was being delayed heavily. Send x2 emails to have address changed - Which have been ignored. Customer service - Called 4 times, and it directs you to a robot that than hangs out the phone.

I am still waiting for my goods 2 weeks after ordering. Order still shows waiting to be shipped - have contacted customer services twice- no reply - although they have replied to comments I have made on facebook (telling me to be patient) . Disgusting service if the goods are not available do not advertise!!!!

Been using iyura kesardi oil for 8 years; keeps my skin looking healthy fresh and feeling young, will never change to anything else and i had sensitive skin so couldn't use much anyway. Use other products from this company aswell and they are just as effective but I use iyura daily. Recommended to others and they have also been very impressed; love it and all it stands for spiritually.

I read other reviews and thought people eventually get their products so I bought from them just over a month ago and the product hasn’t arrived and customer service has stopped responding now that I’ve asked for a refund. I wouldn’t bother if you’re thinking of trying this company out, products look good but where are they?!

I’ve tried various products and all suited my skin. The body oils don’t go as far as I would like but they make my skin soft and smell lovely. The facial oils sink in quickly and are not greasy. My skin is looking good for age 67.

I received my package on Monday. It had been opened by customs and resealed, one of the boxes was damaged, not surprising as it was packaged in just a plastic bag. One of the items was missing. I have emailed customer service three times, I have had no response. I want a refund for the product I didn’t receive. The customer service is dreadful. So my experience hasn’t been great.
