I have had trouble skin for as long as I can remember. I use the Night time Glow and I have received comments on how great my skin is looking, I still get spots as this is not a treatment. I am always pleased to hear my skin is looking better! I don't wear foundation any more as feel a lot more confident in my skin. Thanks The Ayurveda Experience, very appreciated.

I placed an order for eye cream almost 2 weeks ago and it’s still showing as not yet shipped. It seems now that I’ve read other reviews that this is a very common complaint. It’s surprising as the company is based in the UK. This is the sort of delay you’d expect when ordering from overseas. I won’t order from this shop again and will be asking for a refund.

I have used The Ayurveda Experience Company a few times now and their products are excellent, work as described and smell divine!! Delivery is prompt and, after one contact with Customer Services with a query on my order, I received an immediate response and was very happy with the outcome. No hesitation at all in recommending this Company and their products.

Would love to order some, but reading the terrible reviews regarding delivery, I have thought twice :( PS Since writing this, I DID order some.... the order arrived within three days, so can't moan about that!!

Order placed 2 weeks ago, and is still "awaiting despatch". Despite contacting customer service no reply or contact from them. Just want my money back... Seems like I may have SCAMMED

I've given 2 stars as I did receive a refund after asking however it took weeks to ship the eye cream I ordered and then it just didn't arrive despite being marked as delivered. This was my second time ordering and I had issues the first time as it took a month and numerous emails to get the product. It is such a shame as I love the eye cream but due to the length of time it takes to get it I won't be ordering again. I would use the products again if I knew I could just order it and know it would be delivered. So in summary, great products, customer service response quite fast, delivery far too slow and unreliable for me to order again

Great products that really make a difference and live up to the hype. The eye cream is amazing . Real improvement for my 72 year old eyes . Dark circles greatly reduced and firmer under eyes

I love love love their products! We ran into a bit of a snag in the last order, however when I raised the issue the response was very professional and personal and made me feel like they really value their customers. At the end of the day, issues can happen even in the most smoothest running businesses, it is how they are dealt with matters and they have really done their utmost to remedy the situation so i am still happy to be their loyal customer.

Sadly after numerous emails to this company my order worth £62.90 from the 3rd March has not arrived this is by the look of it a scam company unless they can prove otherwise ? I have requested a refund and still no communication will now have to escalate.

Ordered on 7th March, received confirmation email but order still not shipped. I have emailed 3 times and tried ‘contact us’ but still no response. Rubbish customer service and they obviously do not care about their customers. Update 17th March: So I eventually received a response as below but I have not received an email. Very disappointed to think I’ve been scammed. Further update: 6 hours after the below response I have now received an email saying they are overwhelmed with orders and they hope to ship within 2 working days. I am waiting patiently….
