Caoimhe the sales assistant was amazing. She was so patient and went through a lot of products with us and was able to answer all our questions due to her great knowledge of the products. Nothing was a bother to her. We were delighted with our final purchases and will definitely be back again.

Had my new Respa Gel mattress delivered today. Jonny H bedding Dept Manager, Boucher Rd, helped me with choice of mattress after having lengthy discussion with me regarding my arthritis and need for comfortable mattress. Jonny was very knowledgeable of wide range of types of mattress. He also explained that part of his customer service was to offer that the mattress would be not only be delivered to my flat that his delivery guys would even carry it upstairs to bedroom so I did not need to lift it at all. I was in a hurry for mattress due to house move and Jonny rushed order through and followed up with courtesy call the day before delivery driver was ringing to arrange delivery. Nice to deal with knowledgeable and professional salesman who knew about the product that he was selling, taking into account my medical needs, throughly recommend, delivery guys were punctual ringing before arriving and carried mattress up stairs and even placed it on bed frame, great service.
