I went into the Coleraine branch as it has opened recently. The show room is fantastic with lots of different pieces .Well laid out . Ed asked did I need any help which I did , I purchased a sofa and a sideboard. Ed was very helpful in explaining what & how payments worked . He was very helpful from start to finish , he answered every question I had. Definitely worth a visit .

Visited Crescent link Uk in Londonderry was approached by Staff member Kate who was really helpful, knowledgeable about products ,got a great deal, arranged a date suitable for when i could pick up my item as i live one & half hours away.they have a great range at this shop EZ Living well worth a visit.

Myself and my partner visited the EZLIVINGFURNITURE STORE @ The Cresent Link, Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland, on Tuesday 29th August to look at leather sofas and a reclining chair. The salesperson, Sharon, with whom my partner had spoken to before, went out of her way to accommodate us. Nothing was too much bother for Sharon and the way in which she handled our queries was very helpful and informative. Ultimately, after a lot of deliberation, we decided to purchase a lovely 2 seater Navy leather sofa, in the Falcon Range and a matching leather recliner! Yesterday, I went to your store in Derry, having had a bad experience from another supplier of furniture in Donegal. I had purchased an electric recliner sofa and last week the Donegal supplier’s delivery men damaged the sofa whilst delivering it into my home, and were about to leave without telling me until I caught them on. Additionally my patio and wooden floor were scratched/damaged by the delivery people. Then I met Caoimhe McGlinchey at your store in Derry. She is a truly professional lady at her job. I found a new electric recliner sofa and was reassured that upon delivery that I would not experience what had recently happened. Caoimhe then asked me was there anything else that I needed? Then I purchased four bar stools. When I returned home to Donegal, my partner and I were so enthused with a great customer experience, that we decided to go back to the store today, Sunday 27th, and purchased a new KingCoil mattress and patio furniture. When you go to EZLiving Furniture at Crescent Link in Derry, make sure that you ask for Caoimhe McGlinchey. It is obvious that this lady loves her job and is thorough in product knowledge as well as being extremely helpful. I would extoll to the owners of EZLiving Furniture to put Caoimhe on a path to management and higher up in the company. Overall, my partner and I are over the moon. Bought a piece of art in a sale at a very good discount. Contacted customer service to ask about delivery to mainland UK, as they are based in N.Ireland and normal delivery time is stated as one month, which seemed too long to me. I had an extremely helpful exchange of emails with a lady in Customer Service, who advised that delivery to my address should be between 7-10 working days. As my item didn't arrive by then I had another very courteous exchange of emails, asking for a tracking number, which I never received from their dispatch department. It was sadly ascertained later by another helpful lady in Customer Service that my item hadn't even been dispatched yet! She chased the item and I then received it 4-days later. A lovely item, great value, but unfortunately took a month to be received, due to their dispatch taking so much time. A shame, as otherwise this would have been a 5-star review.

My partner and I call into EZ Living (Derry store) to look for a bed and there was a great selection. The store manager Ray and his assistant Kate showed us all the options, between bed styles and mattress, and spent time giving us advice which was greatly apperceived. We picked a bed and mattress and its to be delivered shortly. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and thanks again for all your help.
