I ordered a table and six garden chairs which was processed quickly and I was updated on when delivery would be . All went smoothly and my furniture was delivered with no delays. Was a bit worried about ordering furniture from NI and having delivered to mainland - but shouldn’t have. Katelyn kept us informed throughout, the delivery was on time, the couriers polite and items very well packaged. Product (2x Aisling bedside cabinets) are excellent quality and arrived in perfect condition. Shopping as it used to be with excellent customer service - can’t recommend enough.

a few years ago we purchased a marble table and matching chairs from Boucher Road. We had these in the dining room and basically only used these on special occasions e.g. Christmas. we moved house recently and were amazed to see that the covering was peeling off the chairs. On contacting the store we were advised that they were out of guarantee(after some research because we had no paperwork re purchase0 but they would contact the supplier if I provided picture s of damage. I did so. after some time I am advised that the supplier is going to replace the chairs. our thanks to staff who originally picked this up but particularly Cristina, who stayed with this with tenacity and perservance - not to mention patience with us. She clearly went above and beyond and gave us true customer service. We are delighted with what she has achieved for us. Thank you Cristina

Such beautiful items for sale, you could absolutely kit out every room in your house in one stop. Our most recent buy has been a kingsize bed- mattress, frame and pillows. Same quality but less than half the price of what it would have cost from a local competitor. Great customer service from staff too.

Kate was very helpful and had great knowledge on the suites and furniture, and she let us take the swatches/ colours of the furniture outside to look out in natural light. She was very patient and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this company!!! Excellent discounts at the minute!!!

Been to EZ living a few times and always ask for the same chatty lady, Teresa Mulgrew. Staff are really helpful and couldn't fault the quality of the furniture in the store, as it has always been well lasting with animals and children in our busy home.

We purchased 2 green leather tub chairs. Always a bit nervous of buying without trying but the chairs are exactly as seen on line, just what we hoped for. Delivery communications were good and delivery was good. So on my experience I’d recommend.

Very professional, great customer service, and great selection of furniture. We have an angled wall in our living room and their grey angled sofa fits perfectly. It was the only angled sofa we could find that was suitable. A few screws and washers were missing from our delivery but they sent them over to us as soon as we informed them. Very high quality material and well-made furniture. Highly recommend.
