Bought some Christmas Lanterns for our tree and they are great. The experience of buying from Snape & Sons was great. Kept us well notified at the point of order and delivered as instructed. Thank you.

Item arrived on time in perfect condition, although the packaging was not sufficiently robust. Too big a box for size of item.

It took over a week to receive my order but this was an issue with the courier and I'm aware the staff done everything within their power to get my order to me. They phoned me after it had been returned to sender and sent it back out with a different courier. I received the parcel the following day after it had been resent. Overall I'm pleased with the service I received from snape and sons directly and understand the couriers actions are outwith their control.

Item was delivered very quickly and emails from DX were very clear. After some difficulty in understanding the directions,the coffee maker works well.I am pleased with it.
