After both Amazon and Homebase failed to fulfill an order for the same heater placed with each of them (which both said was in stock and they could deliver), Snapes delivered quickly from stock. Easy to use website and, while a little more expensive than Amazon or Homebase, still a good price and they did deliver. Pleased with the heater.
