I’ll always choose an independent retailer if they can match (or get anywhere close to) the price, quality, and speed. As it happens , I found S&S on the first page of Google. The site is clean, simple and easy to use. The product listings are populated with content (a shocking rarity for many retailers) that was actually helpful. Pictures, descriptions, technical info the lot. And the price, it was actually cheaper than comparable products I found elsewhere. The checkout was modern, secure and fast (props for staying with the times and using a checkout experience like Shop). Ordering was a breeze. Following that, the email comms were great - including dispatch updates and tracking info to boot. Can’t ask for more. Will definitely come back to Snape and Sons in the future.
