Good value, communication and quick delivery. One big downside for me was the condition of the bags of compost on arrival. When I took the black plastic wrapping off in my hallway, dirty water poured out onto the carpet. I expect compost to be damp, but this was absolutely saturated. Guess it had been stored outside in the rain. I wouldn't let this put me off buying again but I will unpack outside next time!!

Good product. Hope it works. Why on earth did you put it in a box that could have held 100 or more packs? Might have been delivered more rapidly if you had sent it first class letter post!

Mostly the communication. When part of my order was out of stock I was given choices - a refund or wait for stock to come in. I chose the later and it didn't take too long. Would definitely recommend. Feels like a good, solid family run business online
