I have had the worst experience with this purchase. The chosen courier has failed to deliver my parcel on multiple occasions my parcel is over 2 weeks late and despite constant reassurance it is on its way it's still has not been delivered, this has caused a massive inconvenience as I've had to remain home to receive the parcel. Snape and sons have made no effort to track where their parcels have been going and simply seem to not care that their customers are not receiving parcels that are already paid for I will not be using Snape and Sons again.

I’ve never used this company before as I just assumed they were a hardware store but to my absolute delight they sell yankee to. The prices are very good on some candles and I was very happy what I received. The tracking information is very easy to follow to. I will definitely be using them again.

Snape and Sons is nice little business. Despite "little"...products are many! I bought on this shop site before. I like the fact it not too commercial and got what I was searching for like soft color mug. It is something for me to remember to visit again. I live NI over sea.. delivery are good, lack hassle and smooth.
