Very easy online experience, excellent communication throughout, parcel arrived within a couple of days with excellent courier service- rang on door, checked name before delivering parcel rather than the pot luck you get these days with some couriers. I had been looking for a gas heater for quite a while and everywhere was either sold out or too expensive, I saw one on this website and it was an excellent price, I did at first think it may be too good to be true as the price was cheap, but I ordered anyway and was so happy I did, I got regular updates of how the order was coming along and it was delivered 2 days later by dhl, couldn’t be happier and would definitely buy from this store again.

Product was shipped the day after ordering but fell into problems with Royal Mail. I was able to very easily call and talk to Snape & Sons. They quickly followed up with the Post Office who confirmed that they had problems. Snape informed me and the product arrived several days later. The product was in perfect shape and the price was right. Strongly recommend.
