Worst laundry service I've ever used... They were 4 hours late collecting my order and 24 hours late delivering back to me without so much as an apology. I spent my entire weekend waiting for these people to come despite having booked a specific time slot (Which there is absolutely no point in doing) I sent them 5 emails to two separate addresses, all f which were ignored and received no kind of discount or refund. Seriously bad service.

I was assured this place had enough experience handling delicate fabrics and expensive clothes but I received one jacket completely destroyed and colorless and my t-shirts apparently were washed with something blue and got a massive dye and stains on them. I am sure the most inexpensive washing machine would not cause such damage, it is clearly a careless management on behalf on Hamlet Laundry staff. Extremely dissapointed.

Absolutely disgusting company! They are unclear on their pricing and blame customers for their lack of communication! Never use them as they are bullies and will threaten you, threaten to attack you in your home and will bombard you with calls! They’re just awful and should be shut down.

Please dont book with Hamlet. I have several bad experiences with them. First one, I only requested for mixed washing, so they sent me pictures of my clothes not ideal for mixed washing and for dry cleaning instead. I emailed them back, not to wash or dry cleaned those. When my clothes got back, these three clothes are missing. No response from them after chasing this. Second, I weigh my clothes before sending to them. They overcharged me, paid for extra 6kgs when I should have not. Third, and this will be last, as I am sick of them giving a chance already. I only asked to mixed wash my laundry. When it came back, some of it were ironed, dry cleaned, which caused me 88 pounds all in total. These items are just regular clothes and they just did that so they can charge you extra and get money from you. Theu shouldve asked the client first, before doing anything. They did not. I specifically just asked for it to mixed wash. I have proofs. And until now, not one was resolved.

At first their services seemed efficient but then one wool jumper which cost £400 came back shrunk. After trying to call and email about this item no one responded. After reading similar reviews I feel stupid for not checking them out properly. Do not use.
