Highly disappointed. Over charged for the laundry, while some clothes come back folded, majority were not folded, and had a bad smell and actually stink. Make sure you check your invoices, multiple charges in place. Not recommended.

Ironing was terrible - items left inside out and more scrunched than when they were sent - complaint after weeks only gave a discount and no refund - unacceptable.

I used the service for a general wash when my washing machine was broken. Impressed with the quick collection and turnaround time. The gentleman who picked up and returned was friendly. The only thing that prevented 5 stars is the the washed clothes I received back smelled like a chip shop and some items were still wet so i ended up having to wash them all again when my machine was fixed. It felt like a waste of money.
