Quick and considerate response.

Switched from Octopus 'award winning customer service' to Rebel Energy in January. The reason for switching was Octopus' customer service was so poor. In contrast, so far, Rebel Energy answer the phone quickly, speak good clear English and have been very professional. We had a question about our direct debit which was dealt with very efficiently and professionally. We also like the fact the the standing charges with Rebel Energy are way lower that other suppliers. As low energy users this is important to us.

Today was that day, but fortunately, I was able to be serviced by Janine, who was very thoughtful in her approach, listened to my concerns, and went to extra efforts to resolve my matter. These moments really matter to people like me, and I appreciated Janine's service. She is a great reflection of Rebel Energy.
