Poor internal communication

Have contact many times (each times need to wait for more than 30 minutes) and last agreed to settle the outstanding by 12 months installment. But after the payment start, still receive the letter said the outstanding was not settle and already pass to debt collection. Email to then they just copy the email mention I have outstanding, pls check all the record before reply and update the record !!!

I have no idea about this company but…

I have no idea about this company but am now getting harassed and chased by debt collectors for a supposedly £140 bill. When questioned about account details, after numerous attempts of trying to find an account to log onto and find a contract , start date, charges etc I'm informed it's all through a third party that I never heard off!! Something isn't right here and is very very dodgy.

Spoke to Leah today very pleasant

Spoke to Leah today , she rang when she said she would but I couldn’t pick up at the time but she kindly rang me back later on . She was a lovely advisor who talked me through a quote . I understood everything she said, and she was very pleasant and professional. Thank you
