I had an excellent experience with Abenathi

Zero customer care

In October, I moved into my new flat, and Rebel was the existing electricity supplier. Since then, no one has been able to set up my account, and I have received different explanations each time I contacted them by phone or email. I have had to proactively chase my bills every month, as I wouldn’t have received any otherwise, despite being told that my contacts have been recorded in their database. The lack of assistance has been frustrating and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer care.
