Inaccurate billing and terrible service

We used rebel in our house for the full duration of the contract (12 months) and I must say it was a horrible experience all through. It was always one thing or the other, direct debit was about £130 a month but every other month we get an email about a deficit. Several times, we’ve had to call to challenge the estimated bill before they correct it and at the end of the contract, we still had a bill of over £800 which was absolutely ridiculous as this was in summer. I rang myself to ask how possible it is for just 2 adults in a house to use up that much even in summer! Anyway, we finished the contract and moved to a better provider and we’ve had absolute peace of mind, paying less than what we paid while we were it rebel (even in winter). Tell me why we randomly logged into our rebel account today and we’re seeing that we had a bill of over £4000 between August 27, 2024 to September 12, 2024. We’ll call to clarify because I’m almost sure it’s an error again but what a joke!!!

Abenathi Qinga - Great Customer Service!

Having moved into our new property and taking on Rebel Energy as the Gas & Electricity supplier, we had initially had trouble setting up an account and submitting accurate meter readings After speaking with Nathi we had our account successfully set up and the first invoice. Thank you Nathi, you were very professional and managed to sort our all of our queries. :)
