Helpful and explained the situation clearly

The agent Tony was incredibly helpful but I was put in a very difficult situation by Rebel Energy in the first place because they refused to communicate effectively with me regarding my plan which was incredibly frustrating. Tony however effectively explained things to me and did everything he could to help me and made valuable suggestions for me to consider which I really appreciated. Rebel Energy previous agents I talked to failed to effectively communicate with me which is why I'm giving it a lower score, but Tony was a great agent to talk to.

This is a great Company. You quickly get to speak with a real Human. They understand your issue and they resolve it. Their rates are fair. Isn't that what we all want?. Thank you.
