Its been problem after problem with…
Its been problem after problem with this company. Wouldn't recommend them and i think i will change to another provider once my contract is up unless there is a drastic change in how they do things. Bills keep on going up a so i moved over to a Smart meter because of their recommendation as they said they would be able to see how much i use daily and i would be able to also see due to having an monitor in my flat. Monitor doesn't work and haven't been sent a new one and then when i ask their customer service to explain why my bills are so high they say they cant see my daily usage as i haven't been set up for it and can only see monthly usage even though the reason i had the smart meter fitted was for daily readings. I'm at the point where i might have a go at my mortgage broker who recommended them. i have replied
