A RELIABLE ESTABLISHMENT.
I relocated from London to Northamptonshire, Kettering to be precise. Basing on electrical control issues, Rebel company wrote to me, with a schedule on when they're to pass by for controls. I inturn replied them and letting them to know that it was beyond my own work schedule, since I travel alot for work. To my greatest surprise, they provided me with a schedule that was of my advantage and easy to go. This is a prove of reliability on Rebel company. Sincerely, this must be a trust worthy establishment. Keep it up Rebel. A big BRAVO to you.
Really bad company!
Really bad company! Failed twice to set up the direct debit, then constantly chased me for the arrears! Have switched to a new supplier after paying it off. Customer service is useless, can't understand English- avoid and save yourself alot of time

One of the best person I get in touch with... NEAL'S. He it's the only one who been able to find and fix my issue in the last 6 months... Was the only one who really care for the customer... One of the best employees that this company have.... If it wasn't him I was 100% decided to change the supplier because they keep charging me more.. And more and more... And when I get in touch with customer service a rude lady or guy answer and try to close the call as soon as possible... Nobody in the last 6 months was able to fix my issue... I have to call every single month.. To get in touch with the same person to get the same results... After 5 minute they cut the call.... I will never recommend Rebels energy... The worst provider ever...
