The most helpful person at Rebel Energy!

Our household experienced a mix up with our billing leading us to receive bills for the wrong property. Numerous times I called to sort the issue and each time the person at the end of the line was friendly and polite and attentive but did not resolve the issue. Today I spoke with Shaziah and she has fixed an issue I have been trying to resolve for two months! So helpful, polite, attentive and clearly knowledge about the procedures regarding misassigned bills/accounts - thank you Shaziah!
