Awful experience
My gas meter has been broken since December 2024. It is now March 2025 and after numerous calls and emails, I am still waiting for an appointment for someone to come and look at it. This is seriously the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I will never use this company again.

Meter Issues.
If you want me to leave 5* reviews then sort my issues out instead of ignoring them. Since switching to you I have contacted you several times to sort the crap smart meters out that was installed by my previous energy supplier. I have told you they don’t work and want normal credit meters back and all I keep getting is we’ve passed it on to the metering team and we’ll get back to you. I’M STILL WAITING.

The Best Worker
