Awful experience

My gas meter has been broken since December 2024. It is now March 2025 and after numerous calls and emails, I am still waiting for an appointment for someone to come and look at it. This is seriously the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I will never use this company again.

Nathi employee of the year

Nathi seems to be the employee of the year as other people same as me have had their problems solve thanks to this person, I have just called, he was polite patient and very professional, confirmed my problems have been shorted without any delay. Perfect

Meter Issues.

If you want me to leave 5* reviews then sort my issues out instead of ignoring them. Since switching to you I have contacted you several times to sort the crap smart meters out that was installed by my previous energy supplier. I have told you they don’t work and want normal credit meters back and all I keep getting is we’ve passed it on to the metering team and we’ll get back to you. I’M STILL WAITING.

The Best Worker

I am writing this review on behalf of a worker named Nathi. I have called up Rebel Energy many times prior and never had my issue solved however for the first time by some miracle, Nathi came along and helped me straight away.
