Totally delicious smoked salmon

Absolutely delicious, ordered the whole side of unsliced Maldon Deep Smoke Salmon. The flavour and texture was outstanding! Will be ordering again and again!!

The salmon was fabulous.....and that was noticed by most who ate it. The packaging was impressively eco....no plastic and arrived on time and still cold. I will definitely buy it again

This was my first time ordering from Lambton and Jackson as I always liked smoked salmon but always bought it from a supermarket, which is always an unknown source. But I noticed this company was local to me, so I had to try. It was a little more pricy but so worth it! Moreover, I got delayed picking it up, but they were more than helpful in allowing me to pick it up. I cannot wait to buy again from here.

Honestly THE best salmon that I have ever tasted. Once you have tried it, you will not be able to go back to supermarket ones. A, now going to see of I can set up a monthly standing order!
