Excellent salmon. beautifully sliced, thoroughly enjoyed over Christmas, Delivery was prompt and the salmon did not need to be frozen as had a good expiry date. I also ordered some mackerel pate, which unfortunately we didnt like very much.

My second side in 2 weeks and it deserved 4 !/2 stars as it was as good as the last one and was good fish well handled which i sliced , length ways , my self . i could add 2 small points to assist the slicing but have just eaten a lovely plateful so will try again in the new year . This Smoked salmon is from producers that care for their product !
