Purchased Maldon cure & deep cure.Really enjoyed both, the deep cure worked best for me in a baguette with lemon & black pepper.While preferred Maldon cure with prawns & salad or poached eggs.Grandson commented on how tasty deep cure is.

The salmon was excellent. Quick delivery and well packaged.

The postage and packaging were great ensuring the salmon was nice and fresh. The Salmon tasted yummy and my daughter of eleven loves it would recommend everyone to give it a try most wonderful.
