Customer advisor could recommend good hotels instead of forcing any hotel to book. Reluctant to show reviews on Trip Advisor. They should be more pro-active in the bookings and advise the best hotels as the last 2 holidays the Hotels as suggested by the Customer Advisor were not very good.

I have booked two holidays through Travel House Gorseinon in the last couple of weeks and both times I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful (Sarah and Helen) the other ladies were lovely too but didn't get their names. They helped us to find the right holidays for our needs with no pressure to actually book them and that's the reason we went back to them, I like the way that they help without pushing you to book. Thank you ladies we will be back.
