In the past year or two I have started using Travel agents again to avoid the hours and hours I spend online when planning and booking a trip. The staff at Travel House in Bridgend are friendly, knowledgeable and have lots of patience. Carmen has booked a few trips for us now and is lovely to deal with. I will be using Travel House again in future as I find the experience less stressful and time consuming than managing the process myself.
