Port Talbot branch.Clare Carpio,what an unprofessional person, absolutely no customer skill’s whatsoever. Phoned and booked a holiday, I’m sure l told her to take a deposit but later discovered she took the full amount, she kept back information of serious building work being carried out on the Port Benidorm, she said she didn’t know, yet Tui shop knew and Facebook knew, l cancelled and took the Rio Park, at first she said it would cost £40 to change but backtracked on this.On reading reviews on the Rio Park we decided it wasn’t for us, my wife and l went to the shop the following day, she said it would cost us £400 to cancell, yes we did want a holiday and we didn’t want to lose the £400. It cost us £350 more, but we eventually had something suitable, but her attitude was disgraceful kept blaming the computer for lack of information, kept talking over me, l had to raise my voice to get a word in, rudest person l had ever met in this type of business. Following day wife went in to pay the final amount, she came home l checked the receipt it was a balance receipt, l phoned Clare and she said she would email it, l to correct her with the email address, couple of hours passed, nothing, so l went to the shop, absolutely no apology for their mistake, kept saying she sent the email, l asked if she had my email, she said no despite my side stating delivered, raised her voice again, are you insinuating I’m a liar she said, l said l hadn’t said the word liar, l said it works both ways, she came around the desk, l want you to leave this or I’ll call the police, l said call them, but I’ll tell you this you ain’t throwing me out, you stay where you are, l then left the shop, the 2 other members of staff were fine well mannered, but this one, my daughter works at customer services Admiral, disgusted with the abuse a 74 yr man received from this person.

I have always used the Gorseinon branch they are not only professional but friendly they can't do enough for you Gail and Lyndsy are such a pleasure to arrange your holiday with Thank you girls Ps they are all lovely but I don't know their names

In 2023 we booked a holiday in Tunisia on the spur of the moment. Travel House in Bridgend found us a fantastic hotel package and we had a great holiday. This year I.e. 2024 we returned to a villa in France we had rented before but this time used Travel House in Bridgend to book no less than return flights for 10 family members all requiring different needs including different dates. They also organised parking for us and the whole package worked like clockwork. In 2015 we have booked to go to Rhodes again using Travel House Bridgend. They are without doubt our “go to team” for all our family travel needs and we can not recommend them enough. We want to mention one name in particular but that would be unfair as it’s clearly the whole agency that has this customer service ethos and we just hope Travel House tell them how good they are and what terrific ambassadors for the company they are xx

Just returned from a Canadian Road Trip arranged by Travel House Aberdare. Everyone working there are great, my go to is Lisa, she's booked some amazing trips for me over the years, this one being the best so far.
