took over 4 weeks to arrive

AYP had problems at the time I ordered but you kept me upto date and order arrived in time keep up the good work

Got what I ordered no problem accept it took sometime before I received the package

I haven’t received my order and it’s been nearly two months

order made 12 march still not delivered despite you giving me 2 delivery dates

Placed an order online. Weeks went by. Chased the order, was told there was some kind of system malfunction but they were sorting it. More weeks went by. Chased again, told the malfunction was now fixed and the order would be processed within a week. More weeks went by, asked for a refund. No response. It's now been 3 months since I paid for my order and I haven't received the order or a refund.

I had to wait weeks for delivery
