Pleasantly surprised

I ordered Vitamin D supplements on a Wednesday and after not hearing anything by Friday I read the reviews and thought I made a mistake. However I was pleasantly surprised on Monday when I had a delivery notification. Fast efficient service within the timeframe and much cheaper than my local pharmacy. I ordered 12 boxes as my family takes these and they all arrived and were packaged well. Thank you so much.

AVOID

AVOID. 2-5 day delivery is a lie. They did not deliver items, I had no communication for delay, I had to chase as to where my items were, they then advise that due to a ‘backlog’ they are not processing any new orders and have instead issued a refund. It’s good they issued a refund - but in hindsight I should have just ordered the items from another more reputable company in the first place instead of wasting my time with this poor company.

Good service, very professional, prices are excellent compared to other pharmacies. My items arrived in a week (ordered on a Thursday arrived the following Thursday) so bear this in mind if you need a product urgently. Overall I'm happy with the service provided.

Do not order anything from this company…

Do not order anything from this company sent me the wrong product returned as requested and paid postage which they agreed to refund but only gave me 1p for postage, yes 1p insulting. Ignoring ALL my messages and emails. DO NOT trust their word means nothing.

Absolutely shambles of a company, unbelievable, incompetent, shouldn't be trading, avoid at all costs , tried to use them last year nothing arrived got refunded, should have learnt a lesson tried again last week exactly the same , same excuses heavy work load, can't keep up , never use them .

I placed my order on 10/1 with 2-5 days…

I placed my order on 10/1 with 2-5 days shipping. I had heard nothing by 17/1 so I opened a ticket with them. I got the same generic reply that others have quoted “due to a backlog” and advising me they anticipate my order would arrive by the middle of next week or I could have a refund. I opted to wait as it was only a few days. No order arrived by the Wednesday so I opened another ticket with them which was ignored. I opened a case with PayPal who then contacted them - miraculously I received tracking information after PayPal had contacted them and my order finally arrived today (sat 25/1). 15 days and goodness knows how long it would have been if PayPal hadn’t stepped in. In contrast I ordered the same items as a replacement on Wednesday from somewhere else and they have also arrived today! Wouldn’t use these people again unfortunately.

order placed and deliver promised 3-5 days, several sill questions later, repeated several times and 11 days on still not processed, livechat and helpline is shocking, only good thing about it is being able to pay via paypal whom i put in a question today and will be getting a refund straight away, i wish i had seen previous trustpilot reviews before being messed about.

I really hate to leave a negative…

I really hate to leave a negative review for any service I've received but I feel compelled to on this occasion. I placed an order on December 29th 2024 and paid for standard 2-5 days shipping. My item arrived this morning January 24th 2025. I understand that there is supply chain issues in lots of companies but what other companies do well is communicate effectively with their customers. Has this happened on this occasion I may have been a little more sympathetic. In conclusion I wouldn't use AYP again.

Don't delivery or reply to emails

Made an order on 8/1/25 with 2-5 days for delivery. Emailed on 6th day when order never arrived, they replied with something along the lines of a delay due to backlog of orders. Today is the 23rd and still no delivery and haven't replied to last email asking for a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
