I am currently under the care of Dr. Fiona Butterworth, and I have had one of the best experiences with her. She recommended a great pair of hearing aids for me and has ensured that their fitting is suited to my own needs. Moreover, she always schedules my appointments promptly. What I particularly appreciate about her as an audiologist is that she goes all the way to explain the ins and outs of hearing aid technology and features, and answers all questions thoroughly - something I haven't experienced with other audiologists.

I have been a few times to Harley Street Hearing centre as we have explored hearing aid options for my left ear following loss of hearing from labrynthitis. I have been seen by Matt Frost who has been a calm and helpful advisor throughout this period. Whilst there is obviously a commercial model around supplying a hearing aid I have never once felt pressured to proceed or make decisions as we have tried a few options and had various trial periods. In the end we have agreed to pause with no awkwardness or pressure and will pick up in next 12 months. I would thoroughly recommend for how client focussed and professional they are at all times.

Have been going to Harley Street Hearing for probably 10 years now: for ear micro suction, hearing tests and also have had 2 sets of custom made musician’s earplugs made and fitted here. The service is excellent and the consultants/audiologists I’ve seen have always been very friendly and reassuring as well as very good at their jobs.
