Another great experience at Harley Street Hearing

This clinic is an absolute pleasure to deal with and Matthew and the team have delivered, yet again, a top notch service. I don't live in London anymore so when my hearing aids weren't charging properly I went to an audiology clinic in Chester to see if they could assist me, but they told me to send the aids back to the clinic from where they were purchased. Easier said than done, as I need the aids to function on a daily basis. When I contacted this clinic, straight away they solved the issue by sending me replacement batteries and a link that illustrated how to insert them - so I was back in business within two days and felt so grateful. I hadn't contacted the clinic for 18 months but then needed their assistance twice in one week. The second time I had cracked the casing on one of my aids. This issue was resolved within 11 days (amazing) from me sending the broken aid to the clinic. They sent it off promptly to be repaired and contacted me about an appointment which had become available so I could collect the aid asap - as it's difficult to get an appointment with Matthew I was so grateful for them to offer me this appointment. It's not often these days that you find a company who do what they say they are going to do in an efficient, yet effortless way, and always go the extra mile to provide amazing customer service, yet Harley Street Hearing is one of those companies and I highly recommend them. A big thank you to Matthew and the Reception Team, again!

Saw the Audiologist

The Audiologist Simone was super helpful on the day, also kind and understanding. She explained everything, making it easier to understand why my hearing was changing and I left feeling more positive about the eventual outcome

Excellent treatment

I am delighted with the professional treatment I received. Efficient from beginning to end. Everything concerning my balance problem was explained - both procedure and outcome and I felt free to ask any questions. I highly recommend the audiologist.
