The service was excellent. I arrived very early, settling into a book, but I was seen early. Clear explanations and background, loads of choices for devices, with a payment plan that I can work with… and great coffee!

Jordan showed a deep understanding of the problems I have faced. He then offered the best and most appropriate solution. I have tested the product and quite simply, it works. What more can a hard of hearing 🧏🏻‍♀️ person ask for?

Jordon is a superb Audiologist. He has so much subject matter expertise combined with a style which makes it easy for me to talk about my issues with tinnitus. Which in turn has helped Jordon recommend treatments that are amazing for me. Highly recommend

Not the same level of service experienced on first visit - late start - problems with hearing aids delivered - will need changes and potential replacement - follow up arranged to resolve

Really thorough hearing test which was…

Really thorough hearing test which was great. However I then felt induced to enter a new contract for a hearing aid. I’ve been a patient for many years paying £1500 annually for a hearing aid for one ear so I’d have expected to be allowed to trial a new hearing aid for the other ear for a short period first. After all, if it’s any good then I’d be paying £3k per year for the rest of my life. This wasn’t offered. Instead I was told to pay £125 “trial” fee upfront and I would need to call to cancel the monthly direct debit for the same amount if I didn’t like it (losing my £125)- so really I was entering into a contract, it wasn’t a trial. Staff were all very polite but I couldn’t help feel that they just wanted my money. Eventually they offered to call me so I could cancel the contract.
