I'm using Google pay . They offer a discount in eye my eye shop. When I call the customer care, the number given in their web page, they only speak hindhi and not English. Also spoke arrogantly that he will speak only hindhi. Then why do business with non Hindi speaking states like Tamilnadu?

I was planning to buy a sunglass worth ₹1500, after applying ₹1000 voucher discount, but, I was already suspecting this site, as there is no Pay on delvry option, no systamatic tracking, fake and invalid, unscientific convince charges. Thanks for all for there reviews I am never going to buy from this site.

I have placed an order on 16-01-22 for eyeglasses with lenses (emclar blue pro) and made online payment. But Today, I received a calll and I was told that your lenses are not available in this category and for the order you have to pay more 1100 rupees. If I have choosen emclar blue pro and for these lenses company claims upto -/+12 power falls under this category and there is no hidden charges for complex/compound lenses then why I was asked to pay more 1100. pathetic

I don't even want to rate this website . Please don't buy anything from here they are fraud . It's been 9 days and I don't know where is my product the customer care wouldn't respond nor on call or mail. They will keep sending you a system generated mail saying your issue will resolve in 24-48 hours . I highly regret not looking at the reviews first before ordering . I am not even sure if I am going to receive my order or my money is gone.

I have purchased the product from this company but they were size issues so decided to return the product. Company said they don't provide the return pickup service to my pin number and asked me return my self and will reimburse the return amount upto 65 rs. I myself return the product by using delhivery.com services the order got delivered to their warehouse on 1st January but still my refund is not credited Each and every day I'm calling the support they are denying that my product is not yet delivered to their warehouse. I have ordered sunglasses as i had google pay discount voucher, eyemyeye showed me heavy discount with voucher redemption i order 2 sunglasses on that trust we will get quality product at discounted price. But to my shock it was really pathetic quality actually it was so poor quality that when i wore it within few minutes i got eye n headache. Next day i tried for some more time i eye got reddish and started swelling. They are just fooling the customer by providing inferior product and which is harmful for the eye. Beware of eyemyeye. For public notice.

I have ordered prescription glasess from eyemyeye.com, after recieving i am notable to adjust with the glasess i have returned back with my own expenses.. as they have told there is not return pick up from our location.. and after sending it is been delivered very early.. once delivered i have sent so many mails ... i have chatted with customer care and also cald to customer care.. they will always give only answer 24 to 48 hours the issue will be resloved.. i have called almost 20 times and sent the mail 5 to 6 times.. still now i did not get the refund.. still they are telling the same answer.. very bad customer response from eyemyeye.com :(
