Purchased my top dog drag lure approximately a year ago,had a small issue with it at the start,phoned ankur who was more than helpful to get it fixed,got it back and it is working perfectly,great little machine and easy use,also purchased timer from ankur which is great to have no more travelling here and there we can clock our dogs without taking few hours out of our day,overall top class service from this man if there is anything wrong it will be sorted.

The lure machine is amazing and compact and lightweight so makes easier to train our dogs during the week also top dog have been amazing with all help to get the best one for us and customer service is fantastic, very pleased with our products highly recommended by me.

I recently purchased a wireless timer for my dogs. We had issues firstly with the delivery here in Italy, but also with the product (one part was missing). The owner went above and beyond to solve the issues, answering our messages in a matter of minutes. He managed to get everything to us despite he was facing a weather emergency in Ireland.
