4 months of training and very happy

I’ve been training with Dan for 4 months and feel fantastic. I’m stronger and so much more focussed on my fitness goals. Dan’s workouts are challenging so that I can see and feel consistent progress, but I’m never aching so much afterwards that I struggle with stairs. Dan has taken the time to understand what is important to me in my training, and holds that as the focus. I feel very lucky to have found him and would recommend him to anyone!

Reaching your goals the fun way!

Well whoever said getting into the world of training hadn’t met Dan! He is so knowledgeable but more importantly really personable and approachable. No question was a silly one and he’s really helped me with my fitness goals. It just in the gym but with my overall sense of feeling amazing and healthy! Successful cut!

An amazing personal trainer that helped me achieve a successful cut from 13st 8 to 12st 5, while providing clear communication, a solid plan and overall great support throughout, accompanied by an excellent level of detail to help better understand the reason behind the exercises and benefits.

Amazing trainer!…

Dan is an incredible and insightful coach who took the time to understand me as an individual to help me reach my goals. I’ve never enjoyed training but the sessions are made to be fun as well as effective, I’m so glad I chose to go with Dan.

Dan the King of getting results.

I started working with Dan over 6 months ago and have had a really positive experience. When I started my energy levels and fitness wasn't my best. Dan put me at ease immediately and he gets the balance right between building your confidence and pushing for results. Within a few weeks I was feeling the difference in my mindset and my body! Also, he’s really sound and chats away so I barely notice the time passing! Would definitely recommend.

10/10 reliable and encouraging personal trainer

I have been training with Dan for 10 months now and have seen such a positive change in myself, both physically and mentally. Dan has really helped me work towards my goals (even when these change!) and stay motivated. He helps me to work around my cycle to stop me from burning out and always keeps up to date with any new sports science research to help his clients get the most out of sessions. I have recommended Dan to both my partner and my mum who both have different aims - I know they are in good hands with Dan who is super friendly, reliable and encouraging at all times.

Online coaching

I’ve only ever had an in person PT before but thought I would try online coaching this time due to work and not being able to commit to same time every week for training. The in person PTs I now see just train you in the gym but never look at your lifestyle outside of that. The online coaching takes such an all round view and is more of a lifestyle change rather than ‘train and done’. Dan is just a very understanding coach. He is not trying to make me do a ‘one programme fits all’ he is tailoring to how I feel each week. He takes everything from injuries to just personal emotion or even just work schedules in to consideration. With every reason (excuse) that is thrown at him he still then finds the way to motivate you and get you back on track. I would recommend to any who feels unsure of what to do in the gym or needs a bit of just a rewire in choices and lifestyle to look at using his services!
