One of the bolts holding the net onto our trampoline was bent from kids swinging off it. I explained the problem to Jumpflex and they organised a set of replacement bolts at no charge with no questions asked. I was so impressed!

I have just bought the 14ft trampoline and we love it. It’s so big and spacious for three kiddies and us parents to jump too. The customer service has been wonderful, I’ve been in contact over instagram and email and they have been so attentive and replied quickly. Would definitely recommend Jumpflex!

Wonderful service

Our order came much faster than expected. We ordered the 14ft model. Assembly instructions were very easy to follow. It did take a fair bit of effort attaching some of the safety net with 1 person due to the tension on the support poles required - definitely recommend 2 people for that part, which made it much easier to finish. The product is great quality so far and bounces well. With 4 young boys, the kids have been having a great time on it.

Another amazing interaction with jumpflex. They replaced our net with no fuss. Easy to deal with, and a great product. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Had a broken safety net. I rang and had a very quick response and had a new one sent out asap. Great stuff!

Absolutely love the trampoline and all the accessories especially the shade cover and the slide that we purchased. Very easy to put together!! Absolutely love the product. The delivery was disappointing however. Maybe you should consider a new source of shipping the delivery person tried to get us to pay an extra $100 on top of what we already paid just to bring it down the driveway. We ended up having to hire a truck and pick it up from the depot. Which was extremely frustrating. UPDATE. Have been contacted regarding the delivery and very happy to change my score and review to completely positive from Jumpflex side.
