I made contact not even thinking our trampoline was still under warranty, turns out it was, email conversation back and forth within a day and replacement item in the post that day. Amazing service!

Jumpflex excels once again!!! What can I say!! We were blown away initially with speed of delivery of our trampoline initially, the ease of assembly and the quality of the product. A few weeks later we have had some issues with the zipper of the safety net as they came loose and feel away. On contacting Jumplex and advising the situation, they have processed and dispatched a brand new safety net for our trampoline with minimal fuss and outstanding efficiency. Absolutely gold class service. I rarely leave feedback for products we buy but Jumpflex has left me no choice. Keep doing what you are doing Jumpflex. I ill be sure to recommend to anyone looking to purchase a trampoline.

I received an email saying they work quickly and if I needed to make any changes to just email back. Lucky for me because I did need to add something. They emailed an invoice and I paid straight away and the next day I get an email saying it’s shipped! Very efficient and great communication.

Weslee was always prompt in getting back to me and immediately arranged for the correct part to be resent after the initial safety net pole sent out was the wrong one.
