I had made an order for parts and on the invoice it was mixed around and I got the wrong amounts of what I needed but the customer service team was super helpful and kind and got it all sorted out for me and let me keep the extra parts for my troubles! I was super happy with them and we love love love our jumpflex trampoline we have had it for alot of years and with a couple of parts it's like new again! I highly recommend them great value for money 👍👍
