They received my strips on March 8th and I haven't received payment as of today. Many others have not been paid either. I have called and emailed every three days and no response. Contacted Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint.

Update: I filed a complaint with the Louisville Kentucky BBB. They have forwarded my complaint to Seelstripshere.com it will be interesting to see if they respond. This company is a total SCAM & I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau, State Attorney General as well as my attorney. This is the email I sent them with no response: You received my box on 3-29-19 and I have not heard anything in regards to my payment. The customer submission form contains contradictory statements: " Check by First Class Mail with tracking notification via email" I have not receive an email. BUT in small print at the bottom it states: "For any products that meet all of these Terms and Conditions, sellteststripshere.com agrees to release full payment within 24 hours of receiving your package. Checks sent through USPS First Class mail cannot be tracked and may take up to one week or more to be delivered to you." So which statement is true? This is the first time I have dealt with your company and I'm not happy. I find it interesting that on the same day and time I shipped another box of diabetic supplies to another company that was located in Florida. They received the box on the same day as your company and I received my check in the mail this past Monday (4-1-19). Considering your company is in Glasgow, Kentucky I would think I should have received the check from you by now especially since I live much closer to Kentucky than Florida.

The first time i had no problems. the second time they returned some the boxes which WERE all IN THE Same condition and kept some. but they not only did not pAY ME FOR THE ONES THEY KEPT, NOW THEY DO NOT EVEN ANSWER MY EMaILS and it has been over a month.. I would not recommend them and will be contacting the better business bureau if they do not pay me soon. No wonder they were offering a bonus. they had no intention of paying it in the first place. it has been 7 weeks. they haVE IGNORED EVERY CONTACT. I have now contacted the attorney general of their STATE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Waiting for Payment.. They received my shipment March 20. I have called, no answer ever, left messages, texted, emailed to no avail. Im contacting the BBB of Ok. & Ks. The A.Gs. for Ok. & Ks & U S. Also the local tv stations for their Scam segments..People...call your BBB! At the very least! Do something! Dont just write a review! Wish I had read these before I mailed to these horrible scamming theives! UPDATE: As of June 12, The BBB of Kentucky advised me this company has not responded to their requests. I expected this result....and they post only rave reviews on their site. None of mine! Or any other negative ones! There is definitely plenty to choose from though! How about that Trust Pilot? You said they were a trusted business and i believed you.....

The first time I used this company I was scammed. I set one pack of strips in to see how it works. I have been scammed before and I am wary. Well according to USPS the package was received by sellteststripshere.com but after a day or so I hadn't received payment I called the number provided a could not get passed the automated system. I left messages and emails. I was contacted by someone who told me they were behind and I was in the list. I still have not received payment 7days later. The first time I was scammed by cashnow. Com it went the same way. It is frustrating when you can't trust a company who is supposed trying to help diabetics. I have sent emails and left messages to no avail. No one will contact me. So I was scammed by sellteststripshere.com and the only reason I gave one star is cause I had to to do this review.

I have had the same bad experience with this company as many others have reported. They confirmed my test strips were received 3 weeks ago. No response from emails and cannot get a hold of anyone directly on the phone. When you leave a message a nice woman named Monica calls back and says that due to "fraudulent activity" they were behind on payments. They paid me the first time and now it appears i won't get any payment. I believe this this company is a scam and don't do business with them. UPDATE: I finally did receive payment from them. It was 1 month later. I posted this review, contacted the BBB in Louisville, and the KY Attorney General's office. Don't know if that's why I got paid, or not. You make your own decision when considering to do business with them.

They've had my strips since March 8th. No money, no answers! Definitely a scam!

This company is a SCAM do not send your strips I emailed no answer I called no answer There a FRAUD contacting the BBB after I wrote the review I got my money it took about 2 weeks

I share in everyone's pain. It took over three weeks, but I finally got paid because I reported them to the BBB. Then, amazingly, I got the money into my PayPal account! I was still not given a reason, let alone an apology, but the money helps! I encourage EVERYONE who is having problems to report them to the BBB (BBB.org)! I think if enough reports are done, some dire needs will be met! DO NOT BE AFRAID to do this! It is worth it! I was just shocked at how few people have reported them so far! DO IT people!

Very bad company to deal with.I have been waiting for 18 days and still no check. I have tried to call and e-mail with no answer from anyone. this is a scam I lost $92.00
